Refund Policy

There is no charge for the current product launch and community ranking service, so no refund is required for those features. RankUpSite does not currently sell paid rank or leaderboard placement.

If we introduce an optional paid feature, its checkout and service-specific terms will state its price, renewal or cancellation terms, and refund eligibility before you pay. Nothing in a future service policy will limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If you have a payment question about a future paid service, email support@rankupsite.com. Include the payment reference, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not send card, bank, or UPI credentials by email.

If a future refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider, your bank, and the payment method. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
