By accessing RankUpSite or submitting a bid, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit a payment.

RankUpSite displays submitted websites on a public leaderboard. Position is determined by the bid rules shown on the site. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.

Bids are submitted in United States dollars (USD) and processed by Razorpay. A bid is not accepted until payment has been successfully authorized, captured, and verified by us.

You authorize us and Razorpay to charge the amount you submit. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes, fees, or charges that apply to your purchase.

You must have the right to submit the website and content associated with your listing. You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that distributes malware, spam, or illegal goods or services.

We may reject, remove, or limit a listing that violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or harms the service or its users. Removal does not create a right to a refund except where required by law.

A leaderboard placement is visibility, not a guarantee of visits, clicks, revenue, ranking, conversion, or any other business result. Other users may outbid you, and the ordering or availability of listings may change.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. To the extent permitted by law, RankUpSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
