Terms of Service

By accessing RankUpSite, creating an account, launching a product, or using a public product page, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RankUpSite is a free product discovery platform. Founders may create public product listings, and active products are ranked using community Supports and eligible unique outbound Website Visits. Founding 500 recognition is display-only and does not affect rank. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.

Product launch and community ranking are currently offered without charge. RankUpSite does not currently sell rank, paid placement, or bidding.

We may introduce optional paid products or services in the future. Before any charge is made, we will clearly disclose the applicable price, billing terms, service-specific terms, refund/cancellation terms, and payment provider. Those terms will apply only to the paid service you choose to purchase.

You must have the right to submit the website and content associated with your listing. You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that distributes malware, spam, or illegal goods or services.

We may reject, remove, or limit a listing that violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or harms the service or its users. Removal does not create a right to a refund except where required by law.

A public listing and leaderboard position are visibility features, not a guarantee of website visits, revenue, ranking, conversion, or any other business result. Ranking may change as valid Supports and eligible Website Visits change.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. To the extent permitted by law, RankUpSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, contact support@rankupsite.com.
